3. If external causes are excluded, the problem may be with the plunger pump itself. It should be noted that air-conveying sprayers and boom sprayers are usually equipped with plunger pumps with a medicine box below 500L.
4. Check whether the oil level of the plunger pump is in the correct position. Avoid running the machine in an oil-deficient state to avoid serious damage to the equipment.
5. Check whether the filter of the water pump is blocked. Blockage of the filter will also cause a drop in pressure.
6. If the water inlet or outlet pipe shakes during operation, this may be due to a problem with the valve group inside the medicine machine. At this time, the valve group should be cleaned or replaced.
7. A loose belt may cause slippage, thereby reducing pressure. Check and adjust the belt tightness to ensure that it can effectively transmit power.
8. If the pressure valve at the outlet is worn out, it may not be able to effectively control the water flow, resulting in a drop in pressure.
9. If the power is insufficient, it may be because the medicine machine and the power source are not matched, and the medicine machine cannot be driven, resulting in a decrease in pressure.
